First fold your bill in half, then unfold it.

Next fold so that both edges meet in the center crease you've just created. Unfold your bill so that it is flat again. Fold one end just like a paper airplane: Fold this end of the bill forward towards the presidents face. The tip of this large tingle should line up with the center crease. This part can be tricky the first time you try it. So don't get discouraged if it takes you a little longer than the previous steps. Flip the bill over so that you are looking at your recent folds from underneath.

They should meet up along the center crease. I've used red to outline the folds you'll be making for this step. First you'll want to unfold the fold from the previous step.

Then make two folds from the base edges of the little white triangle at the tip, diagonally back so that they meet up at the crease you created during the previous step. The second and third pictures are of what your bill should look like when you've completed these folds. Fold the sides of this large triangle so that they lay flat underneath your tie. Now fold over again along the same crease made in step five.

You've completed your tie! The exact length of these creases is not that important as long as they are both relatively similar and the two corners are almost touching near the center. This will create two sleeves, one on either side of the collar. Don't be afraid to pull on and play with them until they are about equal size. From the front, slide the lips of both sides of the collar over the shirt so that the tie is centered between them. Press everything together and go over your most recent creases.
