I called MasterCard three time today to have this transaction cancelled or freeze before it goes thru and I was told the transaction needs to go thru first and then dispute it. This does not make sense to me. Why not stop it before it happens while it is still time to prevent further aggravations.

There is a 5 second delay, so you buy the stock during that 5 second period. The computer picks up this delay almost instantaneously on several thousand different stocks.
